The production process fully follows the GB / T 19001-2008 / ISO9001:2008 quality management system, realizes the strict control and detail grasp from technical design to front-line production, and absolutely protects the consistency, reliability and traceability of products.

Adhere to the sampling chemical environment test for each batch of incoming materials and finished products, test their components, and test the corrosion resistance and durability of materials under harsh artificial chemical environment, so as to ensure the stability of products.

Insist on sampling physical environment testing for each batch of incoming materials and finished products, and conduct more strict tensile test for fittings with stress requirements to ensure that there will be no quality problems in use.

Dapeng hardware adheres to the remaining 120 minutes of special training for employees every month to continuously improve employees' production skills and cultural knowledge. Of every 50 employees, 13 have been working for more than 10 years!
